Luma Loft

Luma Loft explores the relationship between openness and intimacy within a classic Tribeca loft envelope. The design preserves the raw architectural character of the space while introducing refined layers of texture and warmth. High ceilings and expansive windows guided a layout that prioritizes natural light and unobstructed sightlines. Soft plaster finishes, brushed metal details, and custom furniture elements create a subtle dialogue between industrial and contemporary design languages. Private areas are defined through carefully positioned volumes rather than solid partitions, maintaining a continuous spatial flow. The project reflects a deliberate balance between expressive architecture and quiet, functional comfort.
